Global Compliance Operating System

SpartaMatrix™ has independently developed a proprietary black box wireless system called GCOS (Global Compliance Operating System). This Compliance System has the capacity to integrate all the Ports and shipping networks, (including the USA) using road, rail, or air transport, to track, monitor and control all their goods in seamless Compliance with Maritime Safety Committee of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and the USA Trade Act of 2002 which details government Intermodal Compliance regulations, requirements and standards.

Our open platform integrated "GPS Chain of Custody" system has the capability to monitor inside the box variables such as temperatures, humidity, oxygen and other gases/chemicals. Real Time analysis constantly reports the presence of biological weapons, rotting food or even human beings within the container. It is available for a variety of commercial transport applications, complies with regulatory requirements, and is both "black box and tamperproof". A modified version to track non-food containerized cargo is also available.
