SpartaMatrix International™ is proud to announce we have concluded negotiations to manage and upgrade the Port of Luka Bar, Montenegro, as our European showcase of "Smart Port" Technology. Luka Bar is the largest and primary port of Montenegro/Serbia, and has great importance to the European Union overall, as well as its nearest neighbor "Across the Pond", Italy. Besides adding the newest most advanced tracking and safety technology, we will be improving the physical infrastructure of the port, as well.
