Philip H. Wainwright
Founder, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, SpartaMatrix, Inc.
Philip Wainwright is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of SpartaMatrix, Inc., a company he founded in 2001. Dr. Wainwright manages all operational functions at SpartaMatrix—from product development and marketing, to global sales and service.
Recognized as a vigorous, persuasive and technologically ground-breaking leader, Dr. Wainwright’s vision and business acumen have made him one of the most influential experts in the global security solutions industry.
Dr. Wainwright’s blue-chip credentials include 30 years of corporate leadership in senior management positions with major global end user and purveyor organizations, including financial institutions, with emphasis on profitability based on Information and Communications Technology (ICT), Asset Security and Cryptographic Management, and Project Systems Financing. He brings to SpartaMatrix extensive experience in delivering major security infrastructure projects, as well as intermodal supply chain security technologies and their associated global regulatory requirements.
His international financial management career was well- founded by his years of employment in the Accounting and Business Analysis divisions at the corporate headquarters of the E. I. DuPont de Nemours Company in Wilmington, Delaware.
Dr. Wainwright’s notable early career accomplishments include positions as a Trust officer for one of the largest commercial bank and trusts in the USA, a legal education while serving in the United States Naval Reserve, legislative draftsman and coordinator for the District Attorneys General’s office, U.S. congressional staff member and the NASD Series 7 license to conduct the full range of securities transactions. For several years, Dr. Wainwright has also been at the cutting edge of America's health care facilities development for government aged care and private sector senior assisted living.
He has served on the Tennessee State Attorney General’s Codification Committee, as an international legal advisor to the Swiss Investors Protection Association, as a confidential policy advisor to the General Secretariat of OPEC, and as an expert civil and criminal trial witness on international banking and international financial instruments.
Having lived and worked for over 20 years in the Asia Pacific region, Dr. Wainwright has acquired a strong political awareness and an exceptional grasp of the cultural and economic matters affecting successful business in that region. He has considerable experience managing multi-lingual, multi-cultural and multi-disciplined teams that are geographically dispersed.
Dr. Wainwright holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Wake Forest University, as well as doctoral degrees from London International Law (Juris Doctorate) and London Economics (PhD). He is fluent in both French and German.
Lauren Wainwright

SpartaMatrix, Inc. Director, SpartaFlex Division
Lauren Wainwright brings over 12 years of technical, critical thinking, project planning and system administration experience to her role of Executive Vice President of SpartaMatrix. In this position, Ms. Wainwright heads the organization’s overall business development efforts, focusing on the creation and expansion of key global private and public sector alliances. Her focus is to grow revenue and deliver profitability for the company while providing the most innovative industry technologies and business models to SpartaMatrix’s customers.
Additionally, Ms. Wainwright is responsible for the operational leadership of the SpartaFlex fiber optic cable assembly project, a joint initiative between SpartaMatrix and the U.S. government. She will oversee staffing, facilities management and product line development for the project. The SpartaFlex enterprise aims to produce high-end fiber optic cables and radio frequency identification (“RFID”) tracking products that provide full service solutions in those fields to government and private sector markets.
Prior to joining SpartaMatrix, Ms. Wainwright gained extensive technical and management experience at EDS, BTI, Progress Energy and Metamor. While serving in a variety of Information Technology roles at these companies, she acquired practical experience in the areas of technical support/troubleshooting, product support processes/best practices, quality assurance/testing, cross-functional project team coordination, field team management, desktop publishing/online collateral/Web development, documentation creation/management/reporting, and project management.
Scott C. Scheidt
Chief Information Officer, SpartaMatrix, Inc.
As Chief Information Officer for SpartaMatrix, Inc., Scott oversees all strategic, operational and financial aspects of the company’s global information technology architecture, systems, tools, processes and infrastructure. Under Scott’s direction, SpartaMatrix is dedicated to working with business partners to accelerate the company’s growth by aligning its technology deployment strategy with its business strategy.
Scott brings to SpartaMatrix an innate ability to analyze unforeseen challenges, make logical decisions and provide suggested recommendations to support the company’s systems integration. He honed his analytical and operational decision-making skills as a military intelligence officer in the Army specializing in counter intelligence and intelligence systems integration. Scott served 12 years in the United States Army in both the enlisted and officer ranks, where he completed two tours in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Scott provides SpartaMatrix with expertise in national level (civil and military) intelligence development and analysis in support of land and maritime counter terrorism operations. He has extensive knowledge of Counter-Intelligence/Human Intelligence at operational and strategic levels that includes the analysis and handling of sensitive domestic intelligence and procedures. He is also well-versed as a strategic debriefer of senior military commanders and U.S. federal government liaisons from a variety of backgrounds.
A native of Georgia, Scott attended Touro University, graduating Magna Cum Laude with an MBA in Global Logistics Management. In addition, he attended the Port Operations and Security Specialist Course at the Global Maritime and Transportation School of the United States Merchant Marine Academy. He is also trained in areas of foreign disclosure and international project management. Scott is currently completing a Masters degree in Strategic Intelligence from American Military University.
Rob Navarro
Director, AVATARSM Division SpartaMatrix, Inc. 
As Director of SpartaMatrix’s AVATARSM Division, Rob Navarro is responsible for the business strategy and day-to-day operations of the AVATARSM enterprise, which is focused on serving the global security needs of sizeable locations such as college campuses, airports, seaports, hospitals, shopping malls, and large industrial sites with innovative solutions. He will oversee product development, product management, marketing, sales and business development related to this state-of-the-art security solution.
AVATARSM ensures that its facilities’ security systems and assets work together to monitor for problems and alert citizens when a safety threat occurs. A tubular display unit provides 360-degree unobtrusive surveillance and sends notifications through video, image and Web feeds.
With 17 years of applied experience in the Information Technology industry, Mr. Navarro brings to SpartaMatrix an inherent ability to quickly grasp the workings of complex systems. He gained extensive knowledge in the areas of technical writing, software testing and network support while employed at the firms of Alphanumeric Systems, The Graydon Corporation, Digital Systems Research, Inc., and Advanced Engineering and Planning Corporation.
Mr. Navarro holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Trident College in North Charleston, South Carolina.

Dana Steinheimer

Citizen of USA. Education/Academics: Physics, IT, Engineering, Electronic Engineering. US Army Echelon Level Computer Systems Technician, 1971-73 (and extended reserve); Previous Employment Experience: USAID Special Electronic Development, International operations 1973-1993; World Bank Technology Development Projects Nepal/Romania/Egypt; Department Head -San Jacinto College. Personal Projects and notable research fields: Robotics 1978-present, developed first fully autonomous AI robot capable of full human speech interaction ("hearing", processing/interacting, answering human speech) 1988/89; Disneyworld robotics; Speech Recognition Technology (Dev/Consultant, Apple/IBM) 1992-95; UNIX Development, 1984-present; Linux/Open Source Development; 1994-present; Computer Security Consultant and IT Business owner, 1989-present. With his diverse science/engineering and electronic skills, Dana is also a renowned "fixer/troubleshooter", able to locate faults and streamline R/D and production design "at a glance", in abstract, virtual or applied systems from planning to production.
Regis W. Schultis, Jr.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Schultis has spent 40 years in the investment business. After eight years in the chemical industry in market research and new product market development positions, he joined Smith Barney & Co. in 1967 as senior chemical industry securities analyst and later was a member of the firm’s Investment Policy Committee. After 10 years at Smith Barney, Mr. Schultis spent 10 years with Citicorp’s Investment Management subsidiary leading groups of analysts covering basic industries and foreign stocks, as well as sitting on the firm’s Equity Strategy and Investment Policy committees. At Citicorp, he was also involved in the management of two large portfolios of mid-Eastern clients. He was particularly active in developing quantitative valuation methods both for stocks and for industry stock groups. Subsequently, Mr. Schultis spent 5 years at J. P. Morgan Securities as a research group head and as Director of Equity Research and stock market strategist (1990-1992). For many years, Mr. Schultis was nationally recognized as a leading chemical industry equity analyst by, among others, Institutional Investor magazine.
During the period since 1992, Mr. Schultis has been an independent portfolio manager primarily working with individuals and trust accounts with his firm, Regis Advisory Corp. Also, he served as Chief Financial Officer for several emerging technology-based companies. In mid-2001, Mr. Schultis became a Managing Director with iQ Venture Partners, a New York City-based venture capital firm while continuing his asset management activities. In 2002 he was elected to the Board of Directors of Investors Capital Management, Inc., a Rowayton, CT-based asset management firm. Effective September 1, 2004 he assumed the position of Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of Van Cleef, Jordan and Wood, Inc. a New York-based investment advisory firm, founded in 1930, which has been combined with his own firm and that of his partner. He was recently appointed as Chief Financial Officer of KlikVU. Inc., an on-line video distribution company with unique product offerings in the ASP space.
Mr. Schultis received S.B. and S.M. degrees in chemical engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (1956, 1957) and an MBA degree from the Harvard Business School (1959). He also completed all of the requirements for the Ph.D. degree in Business Administration (except for the dissertation) at New York University (1967). Mr. Schultis is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a New York Stock Exchange supervisory analyst, and a member and former officer of various securities industry and chemical industry professional organizations. He is at present Chairman of the Chemical Marketing & Economics Group, a group within the American Chemical Society. He served for 8 years as the President of the Board of Trustees of Composers Recordings, Inc., a non-profit corporation founded in 1954 to discover, record and distribute the works of contemporary American composers; Mr. Schultis served as a Trustee of CRI for 15 years. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Chemists Club (New York City, founded in 1898). Mr. Schultis is also a member of the Harvard Club of New York City (since 1963), The Players, and (since 1979) The Amateur Comedy Club, the oldest (founded in 1884) continuously-performing private theatre group in the United States and the MIT Club of New York. He is a member of The New England Society and the St. George’s Society, New York City-based charitable organizations. He has resided in Manhattan for 44 years.
Shawn Desker

Shawn Desker graduated with LLB Honors from University of London. He is admitted to the Bars of England & Wales, Singapore and New York. He practiced commercial law, specializing in M&A, securities offerings and corporate governance in Singapore for three years. He has spent extensive amounts of time in Europe and the US and is fluent in Malay, Bahasa Indonesia, French and German.
John Andersen

John Andersen is a retired Lawyer who, prior to joining Spartamatrix as COO, worked as a Legal Costs Consultantadvising Law Firms as well as individual Lawyers on all aspects relating to Costs.
John was educated at Anglican Grammar School (Churchie) in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. He studied Law at the University of Qld and was employed by Mt. Isa Mines as Legal Officer for a period of 3 years involved primarily in Mining and Infrastructure Law prior to entering into private practice until retirement
John is currently Co-President of Parents of Bond at Bond University and maintains a keen interest in education and campus life. In his spare time he is involved with a Humanitarian Organisation seeking to ease the burden on underprivileged families in third world countries.
